Top Line Painting & Construction · Yakima, WA
Francisco Jimenez started Top Line in 2018 after more than ten years in the painting trade. Interiors, exteriors and commercial work, plus remodels, roofs, siding, fences and decks, from Yakima to the Tri-Cities, Ellensburg and Wenatchee.
One house, five finishes
June 2025, outside Yakima: their own photo of the finished job, with the Top Line van still in the yard. Each pin is a finish they put on it.

Fences and decksThe name on the van
Top Line serves all of Eastern Washington now. But it is still Francisco who picks up the phone, reviews the quotes and checks the finished work, and he says that won’t change. He started the company because he saw too many contractors treating jobs like transactions.
From the neighbours
“During the process when my neighbors walked by they all admired their work quality. After it was done my house became the most beautiful and outstanding one in our area. The neighbors that lived next to us (left and right) already asked me to get the contact information for TOP LINE.”
Est. 2018, Yakima
Each step added a trade without adding a second company. That is why a Top Line job can repair the roof, replace the siding and paint the whole exterior in one coordinated project.
