Top Line also says bundled projects often save 10-20% vs. separate contractors. That is their figure, and your written quote is where it becomes a real number. Francisco oversees every job personally.

Remodeling covers kitchen & bath remodels, room additions, flooring & drywall and custom finish work. Roofing covers repair and replacement, asphalt shingles & metal, gutters & flashing, and emergency repair response. Siding covers vinyl, fiber cement & wood, full replacement or repair, and energy-efficient options.
Roofing, remodeling and siding joined the company in 2022, four years after Francisco Jimenez started Top Line as a painting business. That history shows in the siding work: the crew preps it painting-ready, because the same company will be the one painting it.
