Residential painting · Yakima, WA
Residential painting in Yakima, by one crew from first mask to final walk-through
Interior and exterior painting for homes of all sizes. Free color consultation, surface prep included, and your furniture and floors protected the whole way.
Chapter 01
Protecting the house before a brush comes out
Top Line's promise on every residential job is short: protect your space and leave it spotless. Furniture and floors are protected before any surface is touched, so the first morning is about preparation, not mess.
A single room and a whole house inside and out get the same treatment. Francisco Jimenez started the company in 2018 after more than ten years in the painting trade, and he still reviews the quotes and checks the finished work himself.

Prep decides the finish
Surface prep is included on residential painting, not sold as an add-on. The crew preps every surface properly and uses premium paints that last.
In Top Line's own words about Yakima weather, proper prep and primer selection extend the life of a finish significantly, and they never skip those steps. The crew photos further down the page show what that looks like: sanding, masking, then paint.
Chapter 03
Free color consultation, then Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore
Free color consultation comes with residential painting. If you are not sure which palette fits the house, the crew helps you choose before anything is bought or opened.
The paint itself is Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore. Sherwin-Williams premium lines go on both interior and exterior work, and exteriors get UV-resistant paint suited to Yakima's hot summers and cold winters.
Interior or exterior, and what it costs
Top Line publishes its own pricing guidance: a typical interior room in Yakima runs between $300 and $700, while a full exterior can range from $1,800 to $6,000+. The final figure depends on the size of the job, the condition of the surfaces, the number of coats and the paint you choose.

Two ways in
Inside the house or out, same crew and same standard.

Interior
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, baseboards and cabinets. A single room usually takes 1 to 2 days and the full interior of a mid-size home 3 to 5.
Exterior
Siding, trim and brick, with UV-resistant paint for Yakima’s temperature swings. Exteriors run 2 to 5 days depending on square footage and prep.

Crew and prep
Sanded and masked before the paint comes near.
These are Top Line’s own job photos: one painter sanding siding with an orbital sander and a mask on, another on a ladder masking a window. It is the unglamorous half of the work, and it is why the finish holds.
On color consulting
“They helped us with color consulting, offering thoughtful suggestions that made a huge difference in the final look. Their attention to detail and cleanliness was outstanding, and they were always prompt and knowledgeable in every aspect of the job.”
